SMALL NATURE CONSERVATION PROJECTS EXAMINED

The “LEOPARD CONSERVATION FUND” has selected its small projects to support the 2026 nature conservation initiative. Out of 26 project proposals submitted for the small project selection, 2 projects were selected and will receive funding of 2.1 million tugriks each. Thank you to all participants who submitted their projects to the selection.

Selected projects:

• “Snow leopard conservation awareness training” Zavkhan aimag Santmargaz sum, Mount Margaz.

• "Identifying potential wildlife photography and observation points along the tourist route of Turgen and Tsagaan Shuvuut National Parks, and preparing temporary resting points" Turgen and Tsagaan Shuvuut National Parks
