Puji has been working as Executive Director since 2023. She has been with SLCF since 1996 after her graduation from the National University of Mongolia majoring in ecology. She managed the Long Term Ecological Study of snow leopards in Tost Tosonbumba mountain and also dedicated her time to building the capacity of rangers and specialists of Protected Areas of Mongolia.
Nadia has been working with SLCF since she graduated from the National University of Mongolia majoring in ecology. Her career with snow leopards started when she was a student volunteering for the organization. Nadia leads various conservation programs with community engagement.
Tuvshee has been working for SLCF since 2004. She started her career coordinating SLE program and later helped to develop livestock insurance and predator proof corral programs. She also runs an information line to help local communities during emergencies with snow leopards.
Unuruu joined the team in 2007 to coordinate the Snow Leopard Enterprises Program. She graduated from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology majoring as a designer. Since 2020 she has been working to manage CBC programs in Western Mongolia.
Byambaa has been working for SLCF since 2004 as a driver. He helps the team to travel western and southern Mongolia and also assists international researchers and students to conduct their field work.
Dolgormaa joined SLCF in 2016 to perform as office manager after her graduation from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. In 2023 she started working as an accountant of the organization.
Choidogjamts has joined team in 2022 after his graduation the National University of Mongolia. He helps to plan research activities in Tost mountain and also conducts capacity building training to park rangers and specialists.
Buren is a half time herder. He joined the team in 2015 to assist them in conducting field surveys. He also leads his fellow community rangers to patrol their CRAs and collect data as well as performs as a livestock insurance committee for his community.
Mijid had been working as a driver since 2009. In 2023 he transitioned to work as field assistant to help visitors and researchers.
Enkhtuya has been working for SLCF since 2023. While performing as office manager, she helps marketing handicrafts made by local communities.
Oyuna joined the team in 2009. She manages all camp activities and cooks for visitors, students and kids for the eco-camp program.
He joined the team in 2023 to help with field research and conservation programs with transport they need.
Temuulen joined the team in 2023 while he was conducting his Marter’s program research for the LTES in Tost. He helps various aspects of research and conservation programs.
Burtuu has been helping with housekeeping of the SLCF office since 2018.
